How long will the loan process take?

We can pre-qualify you on the initial consultation, or within 48 hours of receiving your online application. You can be approved in as little as 30 minutes after you are pre-qualified. The overall process depends on many factors, such as the type of transaction, the amount of time it takes to get an appraisal, and how busy the lenders are.

I do not want to make or I do not have the money for a down payment. Can I still qualify?

Yes! We are approved with over 80 different lenders, many with 100% financing programs and a small number of private investors. With all of our options we can find the loan product that is custom to fit your needs.

What documents do I need to get qualified for a loan?

We will usually need: 2 years W-2s or 2 years 1040s if you are self employed, 2 months pay stubs, 2 months of bank statements, stock statements and retirement statements.
