The President and CEO, James Hider, has been involved in Real Estate investments since the early 1980’s, and has been a broker now for over 15 years.  Shortly after becoming a broker, Jim pursued and acquired a major Real Estate franchise.  After successfully managing his offices with nearly 50 agents, Jim decided it was time to downsize and embark on a new venture.  He opened an independent office where he could create and grow strong relationships with clients; something that he felt was missing from running a large office.  This new business enterprise would be known as First Place Financial. 

Since that time in the early 1990’s First Place Financial has had as many as 12 full time agents and opened a satellite office in Morgan Hill.  Today, the office is located centrally in Downtown Campbell, where Jim and now his two sons Jace and Travis, who are also brokers, continue to operate a thriving company.  Together the team fulfills the many needs of our clients whether in Real Estate, Mortgage or Tax Services.
